Skywire was approached to develop and nurture customer relationships through streamlining the digital sales process of supplier engagement. UG hoped to capture customer data to reveal rich insights using minimal configuration and resources.
We devised a creative CRM initiative for an automated approach to engage with and retain potential and existing customers for offers and deals targeted to customer personal preference. Our CRM program implemented a relevant flow of customised emails specific to user type and behaviour. Modern and innovative designs aligned with the brand and intuitive end user survey captured direct customer feedback for analytics and insights.
