Analytics + Reporting for Luxury Brands

Data without insight is just noise.

For luxury ecommerce brands, the right analytics setup transforms raw data into a clear picture of customer behaviour, commercial performance, and growth opportunity.

Data-led insight for luxury brands

Skywire designs and implements analytics solutions that help luxury brands understand customer behaviour, commercial performance and opportunities for growth. We connect strategic planning with day-to-day trading decisions and focus on measures that teams can act on across ecommerce, CRM and conversion rate optimisation.

At Skywire, we design analytics solutions that:

  • Reveal customer lifetime value, average order value and segmentation opportunities
  • Measure product performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Connect insights with CRM, conversion optimisation and marketing automation systems
  • Provide dashboards that support timely decision-making

By combining data expertise with experience in luxury, we turn complex information into clear, practical insight for commercial and customer experience teams.

Our Approach

We define what to measure, why it matters and how it connects to your business objectives. A clear measurement framework helps teams focus on the measures that genuinely inform decisions rather than vanity metrics.

Skywire provides bespoke dashboards tailored to your business, from executive KPI summaries to detailed trading views. We build visualisations that surface the information each team needs. Rather than only reporting what has happened, we help teams understand what it means and where to focus next.

Privacy-first analytics

With GDPR, cookie consent and changing privacy expectations, reliable measurement requires careful implementation. We design analytics setups that respect consent preferences and improve the usefulness of the data available.

This can include server-side tracking, first-party data strategies and consent-aware event tracking, selected to suit the brand's technology, governance and measurement needs.

Frequently Asked

Should we move to GA4?

Universal Analytics stopped processing new data in July 2023. If GA4 is already in place, we can audit the implementation, ecommerce events, custom dimensions, audiences and reporting against the decisions the business needs to make.

What is server-side tracking?

Server-side tracking routes selected analytics and marketing events through a controlled server endpoint rather than sending every request directly from the browser. It can improve control, resilience and data governance, but it does not automatically solve consent, accuracy or performance issues. The design depends on the platforms, purposes and data involved.

How do you handle consent and GDPR?

We can implement consent management and consent-aware tracking so analytics behaviour follows the agreed user choices and data requirements. The setup is documented and tested, but technical implementation alone does not establish legal compliance. The client remains responsible for its controller obligations and should use legal or regulatory guidance where required.

Can you help us make sense of data we already collect?

Yes. We can audit the current analytics setup, identify data quality issues, design dashboards and provide analysis around agreed commercial and customer questions. Recommendations reflect the quality, coverage and limitations of the available data.
