Our creative Approach
Winter Lights is Canary Wharf’s busiest seasonal event, attracting thousands of visitors each year.
The challenge was to create a digital experience that could capture peak traffic, boost engagement, and convert visits into tangible commercial outcomes, all while remaining reusable year after year.
Rather than simply listing installations, we designed a central hub where visitors could plan their visit, explore experiences, and discover hospitality and retail offers seamlessly. Every element - from content structure to interactive features - was optimised to build long-term SEO equity, and to enhance the user journey.
Bringing Lights to Life
Each installation was showcased with detailed content, high-quality imagery, and contextual suggestions for nearby restaurants, cafés, and hotels.
By presenting Winter Lights as an immersive, end-to-end experience, we encouraged visitors to explore more, spend more time onsite, and engage with cross-sell opportunities.
The interactive Visitors’ Choice Poll brought the festival to life digitally, allowing users to vote for their favourite installations while capturing first-party data.
This blended engagement with tangible business outcomes, creating a page that entertained, informed, and converted.
Impact + Insights
The results were clear: the Winter Lights landing page not only captured peak seasonal traffic but also drove measurable engagement and commercial outcomes.
