One North Quay

One North Quay is a landmark building in the heart of Canary Wharf. Designed as London's first vertical campus for science and innovation, the 23-storey building is technically exceptional and purpose-built for leading organisations across life sciences, AI, data and tech. Our job was to give it an online presence to match, one that felt as polished and well thought through as the place itself.

Our Approach

Phase one was about making a strong first impression. We built a flagship site that introduced the development, captured early interest, made it easy to enquire, and set out Canary Wharf Group's vision for a curated innovation district.

Phase two turns that introduction into a working tool for finding and leasing space. The site now covers the building, its spaces, the area around it and live availability, so occupiers, agents and investors can explore, compare and shortlist space in one place.

Throughout, we've kept things simple and clear. We took a complex building and presented it in a way that feels effortless.

Luxury UI/UX

Skywire designed and built a site that's precise in its detail and led by storytelling.

An interactive building stacker shows live availability across all 23 floors. Detailed technical specs are broken down into clear, easy-to-scan information, with floorplans to download.

Pages on the location, transport and wider ecosystem bring the surrounding district to life. They cover everything from journey times to Heathrow and the Golden Triangle to the 150+ organisations that make Canary Wharf one of Europe's most diverse business communities.
